Electropolis Chapter 1
Of Fame, Success, And, Well, And Nothing.
“Electropolis! The King of electronics! Come to your local electropolis dealer today in”
CLICK! The 76” Television shut off, and the advertisement with it. Tim King was a smart man. He started an electronics company, and singlehandedly bought out every competitor. Except one particularly evil company, that is. Tim did not, However talk about them under his roof. He shut off his TV because the dinner bell had just rung. Tim lived with his caretakers, chefs, and butlers in his mansion in Bradsbury Maine. He lived with his son and daughter from two of his past marriages. He had been married 8 separate times to 6 separate people but was currently single. His kids were Steve and Soran. They were nice, but he felt they were quite spoiled. Steve especially. He was always asking for expensive gifts, and somehow always getting them. The bell rang again. “Coming!” yelled Tim. On his way down Tim admired various tapestries, paintings, and flat screen tvs, all his own. Tim sighed, and got in his elevator. He pressed the button for the “Kitchen’s” and waited as the elevator slowly brought him downstairs. Suddenly, the doors opened and Tim was brought into his dining room by a butler who had been waiting at the door. “Thanks Stanley” Said Tim. He sat down at the head of the table, next to Soran. Steve sat at the other end. “So..” said Steve.. Tim’s family did not talk much at dinner. “I have had a real breakthrough at work” said Tim. No response. Tim decided it was all for lost, and started eating. Tim’s dinner was a delicious feast of caviar as an appetizer, a daily occurrence, and duck with a delicious asian sauce for dinner. But somewhere on the other side of the country, the experience was quite different. We will start with a different room, in a different house with a different man, watching the same advertisement. “Electrtopolis! The King of electronics! Come to your local electropolis dealer today in”. Todd Stewart shut off the TV. He had a 42” TV in his living room, but this one is his bedroom was just a 24” one. He cursed at the commercial several times, before going downstairs to see the delicious dinner his wife had cooked. He walked down the stairs, thinking about job stress. Todd owned Electronics Inc. He sold electronic equiptment to .3 % of the worlds inhabitants, and that was what bothered him. He wanted a bigger market share, but instead it was only getting smaller. Predictions showed that within a few months his share would be down to a mere .2 %, the rest given up to Electropolis. How he despised Tim King and his evil ways. He sighed as he sat down at the table, and started talking to his polite only child, his adopted daughter Teresa. His wife Georgia then sat down at the table with him and with a smile, they started to eat and discuss the days ahead.

Electropolis Inside Cover!
These words greeted Todd Stewert as he walked into the huge building. He was the owner of Electonics Inc. Electronics Inc. held a .3 percent market share in electric appliances and such, and he was seriously considering giving it up. But suddenly, he stopped walking. Electronics Inc. was not going down without a fight. Little did Todd know just how right he was. And how literal that fight would be.
